Text messages are sent by Prime Anchor Point, an industrial staffing company based in Illinois. Messages are sent from a dedicated 10-digit long code (10DLC) registered phone number.
By opting in, you may receive the following types of text messages:
We do not send unsolicited promotional or marketing messages. All messages are transactional or operational in nature and related to your employment or job application with Prime Anchor Point.
You opt in to receive text messages by registering for a worker account on our website at https://www.primeanchorpoint.com/register and manually checking the optional SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to create an account or seek employment.
By checking the SMS consent checkbox and providing your mobile phone number during registration, you authorize Prime Anchor Point to send you text messages at the number provided. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of employment or account creation.
You can opt out of text messages at any time using any of the following methods:
Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately from all recurring messages
Reply CANCEL to opt out of all recurring SMS communications
Reply UNSUBSCRIBE to opt out of all recurring messages
Reply QUIT to stop all future messages
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. After that, no further recurring messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
Note: Opting out of recurring transactional SMS does not prevent one-time verification codes (OTP) sent when you initiate an account action such as logging in or verifying your identity. OTPs are standard security messages triggered by your own action.

Message and data rates may apply. The cost of receiving text messages depends on your mobile carrier plan. Prime Anchor Point does not charge for text messages, but standard carrier messaging rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability and may be affected by signal strength, carrier network conditions, and other factors outside Prime Anchor Point's control.
Supported carriers include (but are not limited to): AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, US Cellular, Ting, and other regional carriers.
