Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Prime Anchor Point platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Prime Anchor Point website, mobile platform, and staffing services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Prime Anchor Point ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, submitting an application, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

4. Employment and Placement

Prime Anchor Point is a staffing agency. Our role is to connect workers with client employers. Placement is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to accept or decline any placement request at our discretion.

Workers placed through Prime Anchor Point are employed by Prime Anchor Point (unless otherwise stated) and assigned to work at client locations. All employment-related obligations (workers' compensation, taxes, OSHA compliance) are managed by Prime Anchor Point.

5. Background Checks and Verification

Employment through Prime Anchor Point is contingent upon successful completion of background screening, identity verification, and eligibility to work in the United States. By applying, you authorize us to verify the information you provide. Additional authorization is required before consumer reports are obtained. See our Background Check Disclosure.

7. Compensation and Payroll

Workers will be compensated at the agreed hourly rate. Payroll is processed weekly (or as otherwise agreed). You are responsible for accurately reporting your hours worked. Falsification of time records is grounds for immediate termination.

All compensation is subject to applicable federal, state, and local tax withholdings. You are responsible for completing accurate tax forms (W-4, I-9).

The Prime Anchor Point platform, logo, content, and all related materials are owned by Prime Anchor Point and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular job opportunity will be available or suitable for you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Anchor Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of income or loss of employment opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the fees paid to us in the prior 3 months.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
