- Work Authorization: Immigration status, work authorization documents, Social Security Number (SSN), ITIN
- Employment History: Resume, work history, skills, certifications, and references
- Financial: Bank account details for payroll (collected separately and securely)
- Government-Issued ID: Driver's license, state ID, passport, or other identity documents
- Background Check Results: Criminal history, credit reports (where permitted by law)
- Biometric-like Data: Selfies for identity verification (via third-party service, not retained by us)
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs from our platform
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Verify your identity and eligibility to work in the United States
- Match you with suitable job opportunities and client employers
- Conduct legally authorized background checks with your written consent
- Process payroll and tax documents (W-2, W-4, I-9)
- Comply with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Communicate with you about assignments, schedules, and HR matters
- Improve our platform and services
- Prevent fraud and ensure platform security
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with:
- Client Employers: Information necessary to fulfill job placement (name, skills, work authorization status)
- Background Check Agencies: With your explicit written consent, as required under the FCRA
- Payroll & Benefits Providers: To administer compensation and benefits
- Government Authorities: As required by law (IRS, DHS, state labor agencies)
- Service Providers: Technology vendors who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Employment records are typically retained for 7 years per IRS and Department of Labor requirements. After the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

- Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)

6. Background Checks
We obtain consumer reports and/or investigative consumer reports for employment purposes in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Background checks are only conducted after you provide written authorization. See our Background Check Disclosure and Written Consent for details.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted transmission (TLS), access controls, and secure storage to protect your personal information. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure. We promptly notify affected individuals and authorities of any data breaches as required by law.
8. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy
When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from Prime Anchor Point, the following applies:
- Your mobile number is collected solely for sending transactional and operational SMS as described in our SMS Terms.
- Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Message frequency varies based on your registration activity, active assignments, and onboarding status.
- Message and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of employment or account creation.
9. Third-Party Services
Our platform uses the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Twilio: SMS/phone verification (see Twilio Privacy Policy)
- Stripe / Payment Processors: Payment processing
- DocuSign: Electronic document signing
- Identity Verification Service: ID document verification
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.
